Day 1: Arrive at Roche Harbor for check-in on Sunday at 3pm. This is one of the largest of the ports we call on, a great place for provisioning. The plan will be to stay the night here to give you a chance to settle in.
Day 2: It is a mid-morning departure with a course laid for Poets Cove. Poets Cove is a private resort with fine dining, workout facilities and spa. What better way to start a vacation than a hour long massage.
Day 3: Having cleared customs and welcomed into Canada our journey continues and takes us to Otter Bay. This leg of our trip should only take us about one and a half hours. This is one night you might want to plan on eating ashore. The marina owners will ferry you, in there van, to one of the highest points of the island to a local resturants with a view that cannot be beat.
Day 4: Making way for Ganges, we will round Prevost Island to do a little sight seeing. We should arrive in about a hour. Ganges is a great town, the perfect place to take a little stroll. With great local artist shops and flower lined streets, this is a place you’ll be glad we stoped at.
Day 5: Maple Bay is the destination today. This is one of the best natural harbors in the gulf islands and well worth the almost three hour trip. It is also a wonderful place to take in the local culture and scenery.
Day 6: Today’s destination is Tsehum Harbor, but first we will need to do a little sightseeing down Saanich Inlet. After about a three hour trip we arrive in the harbor. This being your last night onboard there are plenty of resturants to choose from as a place to toast your adventures.
Day 7: This morning will be an early departure for Roche Harbor and unfortunatly the end of your stay. The trip across Haro Strait should take about two hours. We will clear you through customs and you will be on your way by noon.
